Our WorldPay payment processing service supports internationally recognised security checks including:

  • Address Verification Service (AVS)

Returns & Refunds Policy

As Controliss blinds are made to measure once they have been manufactured there are excluded from the 7 day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 legislation.

Remote controls, parts and accessories that are not made to measure can be returned for refund within a period of 14 days after you receive your order. Goods must be suitable for resale and have original undamaged packaging and you will be responsible for the carriage or postage costs of returning the goods to Controliss. A full refund for the goods excluding any outward-bound postage or carriage costs will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the original payment method that can include credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque. This right of return is in addition to any other rights, warranties or conditions available to you.

Cancellations & Amendments

All Controliss blinds are made to measure to your own bespoke sizes and are therefore only suitable for your own specifically ordered dimensions. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order via email or telephone if you would like any amendments or you wish to cancel any items.

Repairs & Replacements

Controliss stand behind every remote control blind we offer. We carefully inspect and test every product before dispatch, to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your new blinds or an item is received as damaged please contact us at support@controlissblinds.co.uk or call 0330 053 5883. You must inform us within 7 working days of any faults or incorrect items and we will repair or replace the product, whichever is deemed more appropriate.

Guarantee

All Controliss blinds are expertly and professionally crafted to offer many years of enjoyment. All our products come with a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Should any defect occur within this period we will at our expense repair or replace the product with like for like or similar, whichever is deemed more appropriate including the cost of carriage from your UK mainland address and redelivery to the same address.

Protecting Your Privacy

Controliss blinds are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), to provide you with the best possible service and to assist in developing the sites content. The only information we collect is: your name, address, phone number (including mobile number), e-mail address, credit/debit card details. Credit/Debit card details are collected by the UK’s Number one trusted payment provider RBS Worldpay. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
