Your card details are captured on the Uk's Number 1 trusted payment services provider using the latest secure servers Industry standards. Our payment processing service supports internationally recognised security checks including:

  • Card Verification Value (CVV2)
  • Address Verification Service (AVS)
  • Cardholder authentication (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode)

Privacy

Controliss blinds are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), to provide you with the best possible service and to assist in developing the sites content. The only information we collect is: your name, address, phone number (including mobile number), e-mail address, credit/debit card details. Credit/Debit card details are collected by the UK's Number one trusted payment provider RBS Worldpay. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Replacements

Controliss Blinds stands behind every remote control blind we present. We carefully inspect and test every product before dispatch, to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your new blind please contact us at support@controlissblinds.co.uk or call 01159 311 911. You must inform us within 7 working days of any faults or incorrect items We will repair or replace the product, whichever is deemed more appropriate.

Guarantee

All Controliss blinds are expertly and professionally crafted to offer many years of enjoyment. All our products come with a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Should any defect occur within this period we will at our our expense repair or replace the product with like for like or similar, whichever is deemed more appropriate including the cost of carriage from your UK mainland address and and redelivery to the same address.
