All Controliss blinds are expertly and professionally crafted to offer many years of enjoyment. All our products come with a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Should any defect occur within this period we will at our our expense repair or replace the product with like for like or similar, whichever is deemed more appropriate including the cost of carriage from your UK mainland address and redelivery to the same address.
Controliss stand behind every remote control blind we offer. We carefully inspect and test every product before dispatch, to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible. You must inform us within 7 working days of any faults or incorrect items and we will repair or replace the product, whichever is deemed more appropriate.
